General Policy

These are BitDeals.com’s (“BitDeals”, “we” or “our”) Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the BitDeals.com website.

• All product returns require a customer ID and/or an order number.  Your order number and customer ID will be sent to you by e-mail when you place an order (for your order number) and when you create your account at BitDeals (for your customer ID).
• Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
• Any product not purchased from BitDeals.com
• Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
• Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
• Any product that exhibits physical damage
• Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate

Standard Return Policy

• Return for refund within: 2 days
• Restocking Fee: No

This is our Standard Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which BitDeals states "This item may be returned for a refund within 2 days only") must be returned to BitDeals within 2 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by BitDeals.

BitDeals.com provides you with an order tracking service that is available for use for all orders. Simply enter your e-mail address and tracking number in the order tracking form to check the status of your order.
Important Notes:

• All Rates cited are in U.S Dollars
• Sales and import taxes, duties and customs fees may apply on shipping & handling, depending upon the destination of the shipment; it is important to note that these are the recipient’s responsibility!
• International orders from retailers amounting to $2000 (excluding shipment charges) or 35 items require personal or legal authorization to be processed.
• Deliveries may require more than the standard delivery time in case of any natural disaster or regional conflict that affects shipping processes.
