1. I placed an order but I have changed my mind, can I change my order?

If you contact us immediately after submitting your order, we will attempt to make the changes you request. However, if the order has been charged or shipped, we cannot make any changes and you will have to cancel the order and place a new one.


2. Can I pre-order a product that is not yet in stock?

Yes but this option is available for select items only. If you see the Pre-Order button on a product page, you can click it to preorder it.


3. How will I track any orders I make at BitDeals?

Once you make an order BitDeals will send you e-mail updates of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will also receive an order tracking number.
You can check the current status of your order online by entering your order tracking number in the box provided on all pages. If any problems occur, you will receive an e-mail update from BitDeals.


4. How do I return a product purchased from BitDeals?

We want our customers to attain complete satisfaction from shopping with us. If you find that the products you ordered are defective or not satisfactory, you can return them to us in accordance with our Shipping and Returns policy.
The process itself is simple, please send the products, merchandise or order you wish to return and indicate on the invoice whether you are looking for a replacement(s) or to return the product(s) for a refund.

1. What information do I need to provide BitDeals when I call or send an e-mail?

2. Does BitDeals have a Newsletter and how can I subscribe to it if so?

Yes, we have a regular Newsletter that we send out to our users E-mail IDs if they have subscribed to it.
To do so, enter your email address to sign up our newsletter in the box next to “Never Miss another Deal” and adjacent to “Subscribe”. If you are placing an order simply make sure that the subscribe to BitDeals Newsletters box is checked.

Credit

1. How do refunds or credits work? How is a refund/credit applied? Does BitDeals offer in-store credit?

Most credits will be charged back to the original method of payment within the refund period.


2. How long does it take before a refund/credit actually appears on my credit/debit card?

It takes us approximately two business days to process a credit back to your credit card and another 2 or 3 business days for it to appear on your statement.

Order processing generally takes one to two business days prior to shipping. Once the order has been shipped, the amount of time will be determined by your selected shipping method and the shipping service of your choice (FedEx or UPS).

Note: All orders paid for using pre-paid checks or money orders take longer to process because they must first be cleared with the bank.


2. Why does BitDeals require me to verify my shipping address?

We require you to verify your shipping address to ensure that no fraudulent activities may take place. This is to protect both our valued customers as well as BitDeals as, while someone may get your credit card information and your billing address and ship an order to anywhere in the U.S. with the added verification only you as the cardholder can add an alternate shipping address. This minimizes the chances of unauthorized use of your credit card and thereby gives our customers an added layer of security.

To have your shipping address listed as an alternate address in the bank’s records, please contact the bank that issued your credit card. This is a quick and pain-free process and takes about 5 minutes to do and does not have to be repeated. Also, make sure that you’re the phone number for the bank that has issued your credit card is listed in your BitDeals account information.

1. How do I get updates regarding the status of my returns at BitDeals?

You can get in touch with our customer services department to get updates about the status of your returns.


2. If I return defective merchandise to BitDeals, will BitDeals pay for the return shipping cost?

BitDeals is not responsible for defective costs as we are e-retailers and not manufacturers. While we do refund your original order’s cost, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. However, BitDeals will do our utmost to replace your item as quickly as possible with a minimum of bother.

We send out the order tracking numbers each day through e-mails so you should be able to find yours soon after placing an order. If you would rather not wait, you can log on to your account at BitDeals and check your order status online where you can also find your order tracking number.
